Contacting TPMG

The inquiry form collects your name, email address, any company or project location you choose to provide, and your message. The website processes the submission on its server and forwards it to TPMG using its configured email service. It does not publish your message or open your own email application.

Information used to respond

TPMG uses the information you submit to respond and discuss your project. Please do not submit confidential or sensitive information in an initial inquiry.

Website security

The contact form uses a temporary session cookie, a verification token and rate limiting to reduce automated abuse. This implementation does not store inquiry messages in a website database. Temporary abuse-prevention records are separate from the message. Hosting and email providers may keep their own operational logs and message records.

Photography and third-party requests

Project photographs and the portrait are served locally from this website. Viewing them does not require image requests to TPMG’s previous website. Hosting is provided through the existing hosting.com / A2 Hosting account. Website inquiry notifications are sent using authenticated SMTP through Concentric’s managed email service. A temporary backup copy is delivered to Concentric during launch verification; business email remains with Bluehost.

Analytics and marketing

This build does not include advertising pixels, newsletter subscriptions or marketing analytics.
