A connected approach

Management is our role.
Your priorities set the direction.

TPMG manages the process around your specialist team. Architects and designers develop the design; contractors carry out the work. Ali keeps the project coordinated, monitors cost and schedule, and follows through on the decisions that need your attention.

01

Project planning & budgets

Define the business requirements, project scope, resources, budget and schedule before major commitments are made.

  • Project objectives and workplace requirements
  • Feasibility, overall budgets and timelines
  • Scope definition and resource planning
02

Team selection & management

Coordinate consultants, designers, contractors and vendors through a single point of project-management accountability.

  • RFPs, bid comparisons and vendor selection
  • Consultant and contractor coordination
  • Project meetings, responsibilities and action tracking
03

Real estate due diligence

Assess potential spaces against your requirements and coordinate with your broker and legal advisers on project implications.

  • Site comparisons and feasibility evaluation
  • Project input on base-building criteria
  • Coordination on lease and work-letter requirements
04

Design & construction oversight

Manage the process around design and construction, maintaining visibility into cost, schedule, open issues and decisions.

  • Budget and schedule monitoring
  • Project meetings, site visits and issue follow-through
  • Value engineering, payment review and expense tracking

Every engagement is scoped to the project. TPMG’s role is management and coordination, working with the appointed architects, engineers, contractors, brokers and legal advisers—not replacing their specialist services.

Working with TPMG

Clear roles.
Clear expectations.

Does TPMG design the space or carry out the construction?

TPMG focuses on project management. Architects, designers, engineers and contractors provide their specialist services; TPMG helps select and coordinate the team and manages the process around its work.

How are budgets and schedules kept in view?

The management process includes budget and schedule monitoring, project meetings, action-item follow-up, payment review and expense tracking. The agreed scope defines the support provided for each engagement.

What should we bring to the first conversation?

Your objectives, the location, the stage of the project and any important dates. Existing plans, a target budget or an outline of the team can help, but you do not need a completed project brief to start a conversation.

A clearer way forward
